North American Travel Information

Travel by Air

Nashville is easily accessible from any US city in (mostly) one hop and world-wide in one or two hops, using one of the major US hubs, e.g., Chicago O'Hare (ORD), New York (JFK), Atlanta Hartfield-Jackson (ATL), San Francisco (SFO), Seattle-Tacoma (SEA), Denver (DEN), and many others.

Best airport is Nashville International Airport (BNA)

NOTE: The three letters next to the airport is the unique identifier for that airport and you can use it in your travel requests (online or offline)

Alternative cities and airports

We would highly recommend coming straight to Nashville. However, if you must fly to an alternative cities (for some reasons or another) then Memphis, TN would be the next choice. Memphis is about 100 miles from Nashville and is the largest city in Tennessee. You will be able to find a bus from the Memphis International Airport (MEM) to Nashville International Airport (BNA).

International Travel Information

Same as North American Travel Information [Nashville International Airport (BNA)] though it might be easier (and cheaper) to fly into one of the busier US hub airports (e.g., New York JFK (JFK), Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson (ATL), Washington Dulles (IAD), or Chicago O'Hare (ORD)) first if you are coming from Europe and then taking a local flight to Nashville. Certainly the same applies to Canadian hubs such as Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) or Montreal Trudeau International Airport (YUL) .

If you are coming from Asia then the following first airports are the best options: Seattle-Tacoma (SEA), San Franciso International Airport (SFO), or San Jose Mineta International Aiport (SJC). Once there then flying to Nashville will be a two hop from Denver International Airport (DEN) or Chicago O'Hare (ORD).

Trains, Buses, and Cars

Traveling by train from the major airports (listed above) to Nashville is not really an option and we would not necessarily recommend taking buses (though that is possible). Other than local flights, renting a car is likely your next best option; however, make sure to plan enough time as the distances are relatively long from all the major airports. Again, it is highly recommended that you fly all the way to Nashville International Airport (BNA).
