The basket

The basket is a way of marking the presentations and events you are interested in. When you browse the program and select an event, you'll see the option to add the event to your basket. Once added, you'll see the event when you view your basket.

Only presentations and events can be added to the basket. For example, if you are reading about tutorials, you will not see the option add it to your basket. That's because the tutorials page is the list of tutorials, and not a presentation itself. If you were to select a specific tutorial, you would then see the option to add the tutorial to your basket.

Viewing and printing a personalized schedule

When viewing any program page, including your basket, you have the option of showing details and viewing a printer-friendly version. This "printer-friendly with details" version of your basket provides a personalized schedule.

Saving your basket

To save the basket, view it and bookmark the page. In the future, re-visiting the bookmarked page will re-create your basket.

(The basket is associated with your browser session. If you don't visit the site for a while, or if you start a new browser session, you will have a new session, and therefore, a new basket. The only way to save a basket is by bookmarking the "view basket" page!)

Sharing your basket

Bookmarking the "view basket" page allows you to share your basket with colleagues. To do this, simply email the bookmark. When they follow the link, they'll see an identical basket.
